RETURNS (General Apparel Catalog ONLY):

We want to satisfy you 100%, so we try to keep our policies as user friendly as possible. Within 30 days of Receipt of Shipment, you may return any item provided it meets the following criteria.

1. ALL TAGS AND LABELS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED.
2. May not be altered, logo'd, washed or worn.
3. May not have been a Special Order or Monogrammed (Initialed)
4. Pants with abrasions or holes in the knees are not returnable.

No merchandise will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. You must obtain the RA number by calling 800 582-2101 or (863) 699-2101, this number must be visibly written on the outside of the package or the package will be refused. Your assigned RA number is only good for 30 days, after which time you would need to call again for an updated RA number. Please return the items via U.P.S. or U.S. Mail to the addresses listed below.

We will credit your original method of payment for the full price of any item you return that meets the above listed conditions. ALL shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. We regret that we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the return is based on a Step Ahead School Uniforms' error or is the result of a manufacturer's defect.

EXCHANGES (General Apparel Catalog ONLY):
